The Serendipity Junior Suite Beautiful was impressively spacious. The large bathroom offered ample space and was a pleasant surprise. The location was fantastic, with shopping malls nearby for convenient browsing. I appreciated the cute atmosphere created by the staff.
The pillows were too thick, leading to neck discomfort.

The living and dining area had enough space for all of us. With a lovely anniversary cake waiting for us in the room. The location is ideal, just in front of Podium mall and a short walk to Megamall. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. The buffet was delicious!

Need more elevators working. Only had 2 elevators operational at the time so long waits to go up / down to and from room
